HISTORY
Ozyalçin Construction Ltd. was established in 1991 as an architecture office with two staff in Kyrenia.
The company was activated in the field of project designs between 1991-1993 . After 1993 the company has been proceeding towards as an construction company.
The company started to activate with private projects in the beginning and then has been proceeding towards te “built and sell” projects selling with mortgage facilities.
PROFILE
The company has been functioning in the field of constructing for 18 years.
They reached the capacity of finishing 350 house per year.
The company's owner/director is Architect Oğuz Ozyalçin .
The company's Sales Manager is Pelin Özyalçın Melundalı
The company is obtaining their main building materials such as sand, cement , iron, bricks etc. with its own vehicles without mediation and they are the dealer of the cement factory in TRNC.
The company is activating with sales, administrative, project design, and accountancy departments with its own company building.
Özyalçın Construction Ltd. is a member of the The Cyprus Turkish Building Contractors Association and honoured with first class building certificate.
BS EN ISO 9001 :2000 Certificate has been granted to the Company in respect of quality management system applicable to CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTING which has been assesed and registered by NATIONAL QUALITY ASSURANCE LTD. against the provisions of BS EN ISO 9001 :2000.
This registration is subject to the company maintaining a quality management system, to the above standard, which will be monitored by NQA.
Özyalçın Construction Ltd. already constructed 4 big complexes in Kyrenia and they are constructing the biggest complex in Northern Cyprus at the moment. The company is known as the main founder of the complex living in Kyrenia.
The company already constructed 167 apartment blocks for sale up to now. There are 6 complexes with communal swimming pools within those blocks. The company also constructed more than 150 dublex villas in various sizes with pool without pool and with communal pool an put on market.
The biggest complex of the Northern Cyprus is under construction by the company. There will be 950 flats in 86 blocks in the complex. There will be 6 swimming pools , shopping center and recreation areas in the complex. The complex were in Dikmen – Boğaz at the mid-way on the main road of Nicosia – Kyrenia.
A complex consist of 32 villas with a communal pool in Karaoğlanoğlu – Kyrenia , 25 villas with their individual pools in Bellapais – Kyrenia and 9 super lux villas with individual pool at the sea shore of Çatalköy – Kyrenia are the Özyalçın Consruction Ltd.’s current projects which are under construction now.
Also there is a shopping and living complex project consist of 52 flats with elevators and 12 big stores and offices in the center of Kyrenia which they put on market now.
VEHICLE AND MACHINERY FLEET
The company owns the youngest , biggest and most modern vehicle and machinery fleet in the country. There are lorries, carrier vehicles, pickups, lowbed carriers, road rollers (cylinders) , excavators, digger loaders, otobuses, water tankers, bulldozers, breakers, washer machines, concrete mixers, jenerators, dampers, compactor machines, forklifts and water tankers in the company fleet.
PRIVATE PROJECTS
The company also is working in the area of project drawing ,constructing and controlling of the private projects. They constructed nearly 80 projects of private villas, shops and flats until now.
The most important private projects of the company were the three projects in Middle East University – Northern Cyprus which were already completed. These are the First Stage of Purifying Filthy Water Rafinery and the Building of Service and Maintenance Units.
The second project was the Construction of the Residence Buildings.This project were consist of 27 villa and 36 flats.
Third project was the Health Center and the Sports Complex. This project was consisted of a hospital , covered sports center, olympic swimming pool, 2 tennis courts, football stadium voleyball and basketball ground.
As an addition to above projects the company already built Jasmine Court Casino Building, A Military Headquarter , Government Laboratory , Bank Buildings and Restaurant etc.
